GRAISTAR / PRIVACY

Privacy
Policy.

How we handle information when you visit this website or contact us.

Graistar, Inc. ("GRAISTAR," "we," or "us") respects the privacy of people who use graistar.net. This policy describes the information handled through this website, why we use it, the parties involved in operating the site, and how you can contact us. It does not describe data that may be processed under a separate agreement for a future network, security, or robotics project.

01

Information we receive

If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, organization (if provided), and message you submit. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential material unless we have agreed on an appropriate channel. When you visit the site, the hosting service may process technical records such as IP address, access time, requested page, browser information, and error details.

02

Why we use it

We use contact details and messages to read and respond to inquiries, discuss possible projects or partnerships, maintain a record of the conversation, and address related follow-up. Technical information is used to deliver pages, keep the site and form functioning, detect abuse or spam, troubleshoot problems, and protect the website. We do not use contact-form information to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

03

Form security and cookies

The contact form uses a temporary PHP session and a security token to help prevent unauthorized submissions. Your browser may therefore receive a session cookie while using the form. The form also uses a hidden anti-spam field, a minimum submission time, and a rate limit based on a hash of the visitor IP address. Rate-limit timestamps may be stored temporarily on the hosting server. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but doing so may prevent the form from working.

04

External services and links

The site loads typefaces through Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google may receive technical connection information under its own terms and privacy practices. Links to other companies or websites take you to services with their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information there.

05

Who may handle information

Authorized GRAISTAR personnel and service providers involved in website hosting, email delivery, security, or technical maintenance may handle information as needed for the purposes above. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights and safety of people and our systems. We do not publish contact-form submissions on this website.

06

International handling

GRAISTAR is a Nevada corporation with a Silicon Valley office. This website serves visitors in multiple countries, and the hosting, email, or technical providers used to operate it may process information in jurisdictions different from your own. Applicable legal requirements will be considered when information crosses borders.

07

How long we keep information

We keep inquiries and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, resolve disputes, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. Technical logs, sessions, and anti-abuse records are kept according to operational need and the relevant provider settings. We review information and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations.

08

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and the website, including access controls and form protections. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe that information you sent through this site has been compromised, please contact us promptly.

09

Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or raise a concern about our handling of it. You may also choose not to submit the contact form. To make a request, use the contact page and describe the information and action requested. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law or legitimate operational needs require it.

10

Children

This website is intended for business and general informational use, not specifically for children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our form, contact us so we can review the matter.

11

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the website, our practices, or applicable requirements change. The current version and its update date will appear on this page. For privacy questions or requests, please use the contact form on our contact page. We do not accept privacy inquiries by postal mail.
